Pricing is as posted on our website. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
While we strive for high delivery rates, we do not guarantee 100% message delivery due to factors beyond our control (carrier issues, recipient opt-outs, etc.).
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local telecommunications regulations.
Our platform, including software, content, and trademarks, is owned by SMSPro Solutions. You retain ownership of your data and content.
SMSPro Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.
We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
